Security Standards

Security matters even before launch. Here’s how a small team like ours protects the little data you trust us with today.

Effective June 2026

Our approach

We’re building BuildMaster for construction teams who can’t afford to lose track of their work, so we treat security as part of the product from day one — not something we’ll bolt on later.

Data in transit

Everything you send through this site travels over encrypted HTTPS connections, including your waitlist signup. We don’t accept form data over insecure connections.

Data we hold

  • We collect only what we need — right now, just your name and email.
  • We keep waitlist data accessible to as few people as possible.
  • We delete information we no longer need, and we’ll remove yours on request.

Trusted providers

We rely on established hosting and email providers rather than rolling our own. That lets us stand on infrastructure with strong, audited security practices while we’re still small.

Building toward launch

As we move from waitlist to live product, our security practices will mature with us — covering authentication, access controls, backups, and customer data handling. We’ll keep this page honest about where we actually are.

Found something?

If you spot a security issue, we want to hear about it. Email info@buildmasterhq.com and we’ll respond quickly. Responsible disclosure from the community makes everyone safer.
